Urgent Required Female HR Recruiter Kalindi kunj location Delhi II

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select candidates for job openings Like Tele sales , E commerce Executive , Graphic , Customer support majors profiles .

- Job Posting and Advertisement: Craft compelling job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms

- Resume Screening: Analyze resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates

- Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit

- Negotiation: Discuss salary and benefits with candidates

- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires

- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

Essential Skills:

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Analytical Skills: Evaluate resumes, assess candidate fit, and interpret data

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple candidates and job openings

- Attention to Detail: Carefully review resumes and job descriptions to identify top candidates

- Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate salary and benefits with candidates ¹ ² ³

Salary - 18k to 22k in hand + Incentive

Location - Main kalindi kunj road , New Delhi - 110025

Timing - 9:30AM TO 6:30PM

Job Type - Work from office only
