Job Summary:
The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across departments, ensuring timely and quality hiring for technical and non-technical positions within the Skill and Education Industry. This role demands hands-on experience in mass hiring, campus drives, senior-level recruitment, and managing the recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring goals.
- Manage hiring for roles across multiple verticals – skill development, training, operations, procurement, project management, and support functions.
- Source potential candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Manage bulk and project-based hiring for PAN India locations.
- Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Act as a mentor to junior recruiters and guide them on recruitment best practices.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Skill Development / Education / Training sector.
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
- Proven experience in handling mass hiring and project-specific recruitment independently.
