Job Title: HR Cum Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled HR Cum Admin Executive to join our team. As an HR Cum Admin Executive, you'll be responsible for managing human resources functions alongside administrative duties. You'll play a critical role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and office management to foster a positive work environment and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.

- ESI and PF: Ensure statutory compliance with ESI and PF regulations, maintain accurate records, and manage statutory returns.

- Payroll: Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

- Office Management: Oversee office maintenance, supply management, and administrative tasks.

- Employee Engagement: Organize company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

- Education: Any Management Degree

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with knowledge of ESI, PF, and recruitment.

- Skills:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, MS Office.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
