Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle client requirements, understand job briefs, and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly reports.
- Drive process improvements in recruitment for better efficiency and quality.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
