Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Industry: Hair Transplant & Skin Clinic
Location: Baner, Pune
Department: Human Resources
Experience Required: 2-4 years

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across our Hair Transplant and Skin Clinics. This role requires strong experience in healthcare/clinic hiring, talent sourcing, process management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions such as Doctors, Dermatologists, Trichologists, Nurses, Counselors, Technicians, Center Managers, Telecallers, and Sales Executives.
  • Create and publish job descriptions on job portals, social platforms, and internal networks.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent & bulk hiring needs.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and issue offer letters.

2. Employer Branding & Sourcing

  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and campus tie-ups.
  • Promote the clinic as a preferred employer within the Hair & Skin aesthetics industry.

3. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage onboarding activities including verification, documentation, induction scheduling, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for new joiners.

4. HR Coordination & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Work on HR policies, SOPs, and assisting in process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and timelines.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate closely with Clinic Managers, Centre Heads and Senior Management.
  • Understand manpower requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools, Excel, and recruitment platforms.
  • Professional, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
