Job Responsibilities :
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Conduct background checks and verify documents.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the organization.
- Follow recruitment policies and support employer branding.
