Sr. HR Recruiter(NBFC)

Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter – NBFC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with experience in an NBFC firm. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, especially for financial roles, and ensuring timely hiring as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Hire for NBFC roles such as Collection, Credit, Sales, Operations, Accounts, etc.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates

Manage job portals and other sourcing channels

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

Ensure smooth joining and documentation process

Support basic HR operations when required

Requirements:

MBA in HR preferred

10 years of recruitment experience, need 5 years of experience in NBFC or financial services

Strong knowledge of NBFC hiring requirements

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle bulk and field hiring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
