Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include monitoring and employee counselling. Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures, and employment law, Recording and processing confidential information.

Responsibilities
  1. Setting up oncoming talents with users in ERP system.
  2. Managing GOSI, Medical Insurance, employees' vacation and business trips.
  3. Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records
  4. Compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
  5. Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  6. Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
  7. Check employees' time sheets regularly, assists in preliminary investigation of all personnel matters and admin decisions.
  8. Issuing required administrative resolutions, certificates and letters internal and external use.
  9. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  10. Maintaining employee leave records and prepare reports as required.
  11. Communicates internally for all employee relations related issues.
  12. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and have an updated records of all staffs.
  13. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  14. All other personnel affairs work.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  2. Computer skills
  3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  4. Excellent analytical skills
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Good organizational skills
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels
  8. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  9. Team management Skills
  10. Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
