Responsibilities
Job Description

Responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project requirements, and company HSE standards across building and villa development projects.

Develop and implement groupwide HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.

Oversee HSE performance across multiple projects and sites.

Provide strategic HSE leadership and guidance to project HSE teams.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and client standards.

Lead incident investigations, audits, and management reviews.

Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and clients on HSE matters.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSErelated discipline.

20–25 years of relevant experience in senior HSE leadership roles.

Strong experience in buildings and villa compounds.
