HSE Manager

HSE Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join an Oil & Gas project team in Abu Dhabi.

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor HSE activities across pipeline construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and applicable project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
• Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor HSE performance.
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports and recommendations.
• Promote a strong safety culture among project personnel.
• Coordinate with project management and site teams on HSE matters.
• Maintain required HSE documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Relevant HSE qualification or certification.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Pipeline construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and site safety practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
