Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles including team hiring, interns, and corporate positions

· Coordinate and manage intern hiring drives and onboarding

· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles

· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection processes

· Manage employee record-keeping and maintain HR databases

· Handle administrative HR duties such as attendance, leave management, and compliance documentation

· Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation

· Liaise with external vendors/agencies for recruitment and other HR services if needed

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR administration

· Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and internship program management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

· Proficiency with HR software and MS Office

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
