Sr. HVAC Engineer

Position: Senior HVAC Engineer
Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Specialization or strong academic background in HVAC systems is preferred
• Professional certifications related to HVAC design or project management are an added advantage
• Membership with Kuwait Society of Engineers is preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC systems within construction / MEP projects
• Proven experience in:
• HVAC design
• Site execution
• Testing and commissioning
• Experience in:
• Cooling load calculations
• Duct sizing
• Equipment selection
• System optimization
• Hands-on experience in:
• Reviewing and approving HVAC shop drawings
• Material submittals
• Experience in coordination with:
• Consultants
• Main contractors
• Other MEP disciplines
• Experience in T&C (Testing & Commissioning) procedures and performance validation of HVAC systems
• Good knowledge of MEW regulations and standards
• Prior experience in government projects is required

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced HVAC system design and troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of load calculations and system sizing
• Strong coordination skills with other MEP disciplines
• Ability to review and approve HVAC shop drawings
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
