Sr. Installer Specialist (SCN ) Structured Cabling

Job Description

•Install, splice, terminate, and test SCN - Copper cables CATx .

•Perform testing, and visual fault locating.

•Interpret SCN schematics, network layouts, and installation blueprints.

•Maintain and troubleshoot SCN and infrastructure.

•Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

•Document installation and maintenance activities accurately.

•Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications & Skills

3-Year Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering

• BICSI IN225: Installer 2

•Training certifications from Corning, Nexans, Commscope, or Panduit/ OEM

•Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)

•Strong understanding of fiber optic standards and best practices

•Ability to work independently and in a team environment

•Good communication and documentation skills

Experience

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region in SCN installation and maintenance.

•structured cabling systems and data center environments

•Experience with SCN tools and equipment

•Knowledge of safety procedures and quality assurance standards
