Primary Purpose of the Job:
Provide technical design and engineering services in Instrumentation & Control Engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with QatarEnergy procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years should be related to the Oil & Gas industry.

Conduct Instrumentation & Control Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to, engineering studies, FEED, detailed design and commissioning

Develop, update and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities and effective project delivery

Conduct evaluation of technical bid packages for scope compliance.

Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines and practices

Ability to identify and utilize relevant engineering standards and codes related to instrumentation engineering.

Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment.

Good communications and presentation skills with fluency in English.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
