Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare detailed layouts, 2D designs, mood boards, presentations, and material selections.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution.
• Supervise site execution and ensure design intent is maintained throughout.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and oversee their deliverables.
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum 08 years of experience in interior designing (residential/commercial/hospitality).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, or other

visualization tools is a plus.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team leadership and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a creative flair.

Preferred Qualities:

• Preferred MALE Candidate
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market trends.
• A proactive, positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
