Sr. Interior Designer

• Above 10 + years of experience with the design of hospitality interiors projects.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
• Hands on experience of hospitality or retail projects from inception to completion .
• Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes on Interior Projects.
• Exposure to projects with a focus on LEED and WELL sustainable goals .
• Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting and fittings in the Corporate Workplace .
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent graphics, communication skills.
• Work portfolio should be creative to showcase a story of designs or represent moving experience of spaces, bringing out the creativity and skills of the designer.
• Created designs that have improved the quality of life and user experience that are functional, efficient and dynamic.

Desirables:

• LEED AP Accreditation
• WELL Certification
• IIDA Membership
• RIBA / AIA or equivalent
• Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, InDesign.
• FF&E Pricing in the local market.
• Middle East work experience
