Sr. Interior Designer

• Prepare interior layout plans, working drawings, and detailed designs.
• Develop 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Manage site execution, supervise labour and vendors.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Handle project documentation and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior and civil construction work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (knowledge of 3ds Max/Revit is a plus).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and costing.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in residential/interior projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
