About the Role
We are looking for a Senior International BD Associate to sell pharmaceutical and chemical products to global clients. You will connect with manufacturers, distributors, and buyers, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and support the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to international buyers and distributors through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Sell APIs, intermediates, excipients, formulations, and specialty chemicals.
- Gather details on demand, pricing, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Qualify suppliers and buyers to ensure fit and compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth sales processes.
- Schedule meetings and assist senior sales managers with follow-ups.
- Track weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales or business development in pharma, chemicals, or life sciences.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of CRM and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work in CET or EMEA hours.
