Sr. Investor Relations Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Sr. Investor Relations Analyst to join the QSS Investor Relations team and support ongoing communication and relationship management with our investors. In this role, you will provide regular updates on asset performance, prepare reporting materials, and assist in addressing investor inquiries.

The ideal candidate brings experience in capital markets, asset management, or financial analysis, and will work closely with EnFin and key investor partners to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely communication.

This position may be based in Irvine, CA; Houston, TX; or remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely investor reports, updates, and presentations.
• Analyze asset performance data and support forecasting, valuation, and financial modeling activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support investor onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing communication processes.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, and finance teams to collect and validate relevant data.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks that may impact solar asset performance.
• Assist in coordinating investor meetings, conference calls, and annual reporting cycles.
• Maintain and update investor databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or asset management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant investor relations platforms.
• Knowledge of residential solar projects, financing structures, and asset management best practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solar industry experience (renewables).
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
