Sr IT Analyst

As a Cloud Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. With your expertise in Azure and Google Cloud, along with additional technical cloud experience, you will ensure the efficient and secure operation of our cloud services. You will report directly to our Sr. IT BPM, and you'll work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the scalability, performance, and reliability of our cloud environment, enabling us to deliver innovative solutions to our customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in Azure and Google Cloud • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services to ensure high availability and performance • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Conduct cost optimization to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, specifically in Azure and Google Cloud • Additional technical cloud experience in one or more of the following platforms: AWS, IBM Cloud, or Oracle Cloud • Strong insight into cloud architecture and services • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell or Python • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments • Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Experience in driving projects to completion on their own.
