Sr. IT CCTV Operators Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. IT CCTV Operators Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems across all locations, ensuring security, system uptime, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and ensure system uptime across all locations
• Perform daily system health checks (cameras, storage, recording)
• Identify and report system issues, outages, or suspicious activities
• Retrieve CCTV footage for incidents and investigations
• Handle CCTV support tickets and resolve issues within SLA
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (CCTV systems)
• Perform upgrades (firmware/software) and escalate critical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance and physical inspections
• Replace faulty equipment and support field operations
• Maintain system documentation, access control, and compliance records
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and support
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CCTV / Security Systems
• Knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
