Technical Design & Engineering:
- Develop and prepare detailed construction documents, including grading and drainage plans, layout plans, irrigation plans, and hardscape details.
- Perform site engineering tasks such as earthwork calculations, cut/fill analysis, and stormwater management integration.
- Ensure all technical designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including accessibility standards (ADA) and environmental guidelines.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects from conception through construction completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead the coordination with internal teams (architects, civil engineers) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, sub-consultants).
Construction Administration:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to plans and specifications, and address field issues.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in landscape construction, site engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in grading, drainage, and stormwater management design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (mandatory), with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive experience with construction administration processes, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
