JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Conduct project execution in a global delivery model for the delivery of projects using various methodologies (Waterfall and Agile – Scrum), partner products, tools, and platforms. Execute and lead projects and engagements for different customers in P&C insurance, concentrating on Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Provide strategic technical direction and overall leadership, driving architecture design decisions and mentoring diverse team members. Manage global project execution through agile methodologies, ensuring seamless coordination across distributed teams. Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, customization, and implementation of web applications using technologies such as: Mendix, OneShield, Oracle, SQL Server, HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Angular JS, SharePoint, BizTalk, ASP.Net, MVC, C#.NET, VB.Net, WCF, Web Services, SQL Server, Oracle, ADO.Net, source controls like VSS, TFS, & GitHub, test frameworks like NUnit, diagnostic tools like Fiddler & SoapUI etc., application packaging and release management using tools like ServiceNow, GitLab & Urban code. Adapt effectively to evolving project demands and shifting organizational priorities. Track project progress and deliver regular status reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices in code quality, and drive optimization initiatives to maintain a robust and scalable codebase. Manage comprehensive application support and maintenance, including performance monitoring using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic) or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.

SALARY RANGE:

$261,248 - $281,248 per year
