Sr. Legal Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Executive to handle a broad range of legal functions including litigation, legal documentation, agreement drafting, and corporate legal advisory. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate law, arbitration, consumer cases, and legal notices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and contracts.
• Handle litigation matters including consumer cases and arbitration proceedings.
• Prepare and respond to legal notices.
• Provide legal advice and opinions on diverse corporate legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external counsels and regulatory authorities when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
