Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechnical/Utility)

Hiring: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Sanand
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering field
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

1️ Maintenance Engineer – ElectricalJob Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machines.
  • Troubleshoot PLC panels, control circuits, sensors, VFDs, and motors.
  • Maintain electrical panels, wiring, MCC, and power distribution systems.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through quick fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain electrical maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure safety compliance and electrical standards adherence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA basics.
  • Experience in industrial wiring and panel troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Knowledge of TPM & safety standards.

2️ Maintenance Engineer – MechanicalJob Responsibilities:

  • Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Maintenance of SPMs, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, gearboxes, conveyors, and assembly line machines.
  • Perform alignment, fitting, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical components.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring mechanical failures.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of hydraulics & pneumatics.
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
  • Experience in rotating equipment and production machinery.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.

3️ Maintenance Engineer – UtilityJob Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain utility equipment such as Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, DG Sets.
  • Monitor plant utility consumption and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, compressed air, water, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of utility systems.
  • Maintain logs, statutory compliance records, and safety documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of industrial utilities management.
  • Understanding of energy conservation practices.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental standards.
  • Basic electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Common Competencies (All Roles):

  • Strong troubleshooting ability.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CMMS).
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Teamwork and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
