Job Purpose:

  • End-to-end BSS architecture, planning and digital enablement for B2C and B2B (incl. GCSS), covering product, customer and revenue lifecycle systems and their evolution toward AI-enabled, digital journeys. Production BSS platforms supporting all customer and revenue systems, including international roaming, interconnect and VAS. Covers end-to-end service monitoring, incident and SLA management, performance & capacity, partner platforms, and DR for BSS

Job Responsibilities:

Planning & Implementation

Architecture & Roadmap:

- Lead overall BSS domain planning and digital-enablement roadmap for B2C & B2B, aligned with business strategy and digital initiatives.

- Drive BSS modernization and AI-driven automation to improve efficiency, agility and customer experience.

- Ensure BSS architecture alignment with Enterprise Digital Architecture and integration standards

Delivery, Launch & Operations Support:

- Support new consumer offers, campaigns, bundles and promotions, ensuring end-to-end system readiness.

- Ensure charging, billing, CRM and experience systems are ready for launch (config, rating, billing, assurance).

BSS Digital Solutions Engineering

Digital Platforms, Channels & APIs:

- Design and develop BSS digital solutions and customer-facing platforms (self-care, portals, APIs for apps).

- Enable API-first and microservices-based architecture to expose BSS capabilities to mobile apps, self-care portals and other digital channels.

- Support mobile apps and digital journeys by providing robust BSS back-end services and integrations.

Engineering Excellence & Innovation:

- Drive agile delivery and CI/CD practices for BSS digital solutions, ensuring frequent, safe releases.

- Support rapid prototyping, PoCs and innovation sprints on top of BSS/GCSS platforms.

- Continuously improve BSS platforms for performance, resilience, maintainability and AI-readiness.

Operational Stability & Continuity:

- Ensure 24×7 operational stability of production BSS environments.

- Coordinate capacity and performance observations with BSS Applications Assurance and Infrastructure teams.

Service Operations & Revenue Integrity:

- Operate and support International Roaming, Interconnect and VAS/IN platforms.

- Ensure service availability, quality and revenue integrity for all roaming, interconnect and VAS services.

Application Stability, Performance & Change:

- Ensure BSS applications’ performance, stability and reliability across all customer and revenue systems.

- Plan and coordinate capacity management, performance tuning and system-health improvements.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

In principle Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical domains

Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
