Sr Manager - Dispatch

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing and controlling complete dispatch operations for PEB materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily/weekly dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Stores for material readiness.
• Oversee documentation: DC, Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, etc.
• Manage transporters, freight negotiations, and vehicle tracking.
• Ensure proper loading, stacking, and securing of PEB components.
• Maintain dispatch records and update status to management.
• Lead and supervise dispatch staff and loading teams.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience dispatch/logistics, Preferrably in PEB
• Strong knowledge of PEB components and dispatch processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
