Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Oversee complete financial operations including cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger control.
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue from plot sales and proper accounting of project-related costs and expenses.
- Strategically manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and credit control to minimize outstanding dues and improve cash flow.
- Prepare, review, and monitor receivables aging reports; analyze trends to identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls; conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead statutory and tax audits; ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Oversee individual income tax filings and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead, supervise, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, land development, or infrastructure
- Strong experience in statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth expertise in GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliances.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
