Job Purpose:

The role will lead the end-to-end recruitment function for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of top talent aligned with business goals. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong hiring strategies, managing TA teams, strengthening employer branding, and creating a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

Lead, manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment across all business units & locations.

Develop and execute proactive hiring strategies to support rapid business growth.

Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.

Build and manage strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

Drive recruitment through multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, campus, headhunting, consultants, etc.

Ensure hiring quality, reduce time-to-fill, and manage hiring cost effectively.

Team Leadership & Process Excellence

Lead and mentor the recruitment team for performance and capability enhancement.

Implement recruitment dashboards, SLAs, hiring metrics, and tracking mechanisms.

Standardize hiring processes, assessments, interview frameworks, and selection criteria.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, diversity goals, and statutory norms.

Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management

Strengthen employer brand through digital presence, career events, and employee testimonials.

Engage with universities and institutes for campus hiring & employer visibility.

Build strong relationships with external partners – consulting firms, job boards, agencies, etc.

Technology & Automation

Leverage HRMS / ATS platforms for better process efficiency & analytics.

Introduce digital assessment tools, AI sourcing, psychometric evaluation where applicable.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in large-scale hiring and leadership hiring.

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

Data-driven decision-making, analytics & MIS reporting capability.

Excellent people leadership, communication & negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of HR market trends, talent landscape, compensation benchmarking, etc.

Education & Experience: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. 8–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Preferred experience in industry – manufacturing/Edtech/ Educational/ E commerce etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
