The Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our product engineering team. You will be responsible for driving our product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and design, and keeping the entire product development process on track. This is a critical role with a major impact on our ability to innovate and deliver a world-class product to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software projects, from initial scoping to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to ensure schedules are met.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and continuously improve our agile processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including the executive team.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management within a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
