Job Opening: Senior Manager – HR & Administration

Company: M/S. Megha Electromech Location: Plot No. W‑16, Near Supekar Hotel, Nagapur MIDC, Ahmednagar – 414111 (MH)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – HR & Administration to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The role requires strong leadership, policy implementation, and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Draft and review offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and performance management systems
  • Supervise administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Support management in strategic planning and workforce development

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent professional qualification
  • 8–12 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in industrial/manufacturing setups
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive organizational culture

Job Type & Compensation

Pay: ₹16,046.69 - ₹32,515.40 per month
