Designation: HR Manager

Job Description:

1. Organize, coordinate, and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.

2. Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure the timely availability of workforce as per operational requirements.

3. Communicate with contractors, including manpower planning, compliance documentation, and performance monitoring.

4. Manage attendance, shift schedules, and leave records, Biometric, ensuring accuracy and alignment with payroll processing.

5. Oversee payroll, compensation, and HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, timely salary disbursement, and proper record maintenance.

6. Handle Admin works effectively.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 10+ years

Salary: No constraint for the right candidate.

Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
