Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: ₹60,000 + (Negotiable)

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Export & Import operations

Education: UG / PG – Any degree with suitable experience in Logistics Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Export & Import with strong exposure to the seafood industry to manage end-to-end international trade operations, logistics, and regulatory compliance.

· Manage complete export and import operations for seafood products

· Handle all export-import documentation and compliance requirements

· Ensure adherence to customs, DGFT, MPEDA, and statutory regulations

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers

· Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics costs

· Liaise with international clients, vendors, and internal teams

· Oversee cold chain logistics and cost optimization

· Resolve shipment delays, disputes, and operational issues

· Prepare reports and maintain export-import records

· Experience in the seafood industry

· Strong knowledge of logistics management

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and manage teams
