Sr. Manager MSS Planning & Operations

Job Purpose:

• The role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation, digital enablement, and operational assurance of all Management Support Systems across the organization. Its scope covers ERP and key in-house digital platforms including HCM, the Zong Employee App, ZHUB, and Engineering Applications. The function ensures comprehensive process digitization, system reliability, operational efficiency, and business continuity, while continuously modernizing internal management platforms to support the organization’s Digital and Intelligent Transformation objectives. It further drives system modernization and AI-enabled automation across MSS to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

MSS Planning & Implementation:

- ERP, HCM, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Corporate & Administrative Systems

- Lead planning and implementation of ERP and management support systems

- Align MSS roadmap with corporate strategy and governance requirements

- Support new process digitization across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Admin

- Plan and execute upgrades, enhancements, and system rollouts

- Coordinate UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization

- Ensure scalability, and operational readiness of MSS platforms

MSS Digital Solutions Engineering:

- Home-Grown Systems, Zong Employee App, ZHUB, Portals, APIs, Integrations, Microservices

- Design and develop digital MSS solutions and internal platforms

- Enhance employee-facing and management portals and mobile applications

- Enable API-based integrations with ERP and enterprise platforms

- Drive agile delivery and CI/CD for MSS digital solutions

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of digital MSS services

- Support rapid prototyping and continuous innovation of internal digital tools

MSS Applications Assurance:

- Application Performance, Stability, Availability, SLA & Business Continuity for MSS

- Ensure MSS application stability, performance, and availability - Monitor SLA compliance for ERP and management systems

- Conduct root-cause analysis of major and recurring MSS incidents

- Support patch validation, upgrades, and regression testing

- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Security teams for issue resolution

- Proactively manage operational risks and business impact

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

In principle Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical domains

Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
