Our focus is on scaling a creator-powered commerce engine across digital platforms, with TikTok and direct e-commerce channels at the core.

About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing or e-commerce role.

We are hiring a hands-on operator to build and scale a creator-driven revenue engine from the ground up. This role owns the system that converts content and creator activity into measurable, repeatable revenue.

Most roles in this market focus on managing existing systems.

This role is about building one.

Content → Creator Distribution → Traffic → Conversion → Revenue

This is a performance-driven, revenue-generating leadership role with significant upside tied directly to execution.

What You Will Own

· Creator and influencer network development

· Short-form content distribution across TikTok, Instagram, and X

· Traffic and conversion into WooCommerce-based e-commerce channels

· Campaigns, promotions, and offer strategy

· Weekly revenue performance and system optimization

What You Will Do

· Recruit, qualify, and activate creators and influencers

· Turn long-form content into high-volume short-form assets

· Build and manage a creator distribution system

· Design and execute promotions, bundles, and campaigns

· Optimize conversion rates, AOV, and revenue performance

· Track and report weekly KPIs tied directly to revenue growth

· Identify bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective action

What You Will NOT Do

· You will not manage paid ad budgets as a primary function

· You will not operate as a brand or social media coordinator

· You will not inherit a fully built system — you will build it

Who You Are

You are an operator, not a coordinator.

You prefer building over managing and are motivated by performance-based outcomes rather than fixed structures.

Required Experience

· 3–7+ years in DTC, e-commerce, or growth roles with measurable revenue impact

· Hands-on experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate programs

· Experience with short-form content ecosystems (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

· Proven ability to execute quickly in fast-moving environments

Strong Signals

· You have built or scaled something from scratch

· You have directly driven revenue (not just supported it)

· You have recruited or managed creators personally

· You understand how content turns into conversion

Technical Familiarity (Preferred)

· WooCommerce / WordPress-based e-commerce

· Content editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar)

· Social scheduling and analytics tools

· Affiliate or creator tracking systems

Performance Expectations

This role is measured on system output, not activity. Target Benchmarks will be actively collaborated on.

Compensation

This role is structured to compensate for performance.

Base Salary

$70,200 annually with a performance-based increase to $78,000 after achieving initial milestones focused on active creators, posting and revenue. The Successful candidate should expect to focus on the performance accelerators and bonuses which will dramatically increase annual compensation over Base salary.

The position will also include Revenue sharing on DTC generated sales with Accelerators for hitting revenue level milestones

Equity Participation

· Stock option grant after 1 year

· Additional equity grant calculated against DTC revenue.
