Job Purpose:
A Senior Manager for Real Estate and Civil Infrastructure holds a pivotal role in managing network Site acquisition & Negotiations, Commercial power, NOC management, civil construction, Infrastructure assessments, renovations and strengthening’s, health & Safety, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with local regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

End to end project management of civil infrastructure projects ensuring project initiation, implementation and closing within budget, quality and on schedule.

Site Acquisition & real estate Management: Identify, negotiate, and acquire new sites for telecom projects, manage lease renewals, and oversee the existing portfolio of commercial power and NOC permits acquisition.

Oversee the Civil Infrastructure Development design, construction, and deployment of telecom towers, foundations, Tower assessment & Strengthening and related passive infrastructure projects.

Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, landowners, and service providers to ensure compliance with performance standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage capital (Capex) and operating (Opex) budgets for site real estate and civil infrastructure construction projects, including cost savings initiatives and timely closure of POs and relevant contracts in alignment with PMO, procurement and legal stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance & Health/Safety: Ensure all sites comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards (HSE). And Liaison with Regulatory Bodies Ensuring compliance with guidelines for tower installation of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and other regulatory authorities.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with landowners, local authorities, and government agencies to prevent site disruptions and delays on respective projects. Being an enabler, the expertise of vendor management and stakeholders conflict resolution to minimize the project disputes and risks.

Serve as the primary technical expert during project bidding, overseeing technical evaluation criteria for vendors and coordinating with Internal Audit (IA) or CMCC teams for compliance.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
Must have a Bachelors Degree.
Work Experience:
Upto 4 years or above of relevant experience.
