Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve regional revenue targets, leveraging competitive intelligence and market demand analysis.
  • Lead the development of operational and financial performance reports for the sales division.
  • Manage, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams; foster a culture of performance, learning, and growth.
  • Champion cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to expand market share and maximize revenue.
  • Drive brand awareness and market penetration through innovative sales programs and strategic positioning.
  • Develop and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights through analysis of market trends, yield strategies, and customer behavior.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the HR Consulting, HRMS Solutions, EOR (Employer of Record), Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing, Fintech, or Banking/Insurance sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading large regional teams and exceeding sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in enterprise solution sales, especially within HR or financial technology domains.
