Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design new and innovative solutions by doing research and considering the demands of IGPD and Products Team. Work closely with IGPD and Products team to design specific new solutions
  • Responsible to own the process to define and govern the presales → in-sale → after-sale solution management methods for government/enterprise projects, including DICT and multi-vendor solutions
  • Maintain a reusable solutions library (reference designs, sizing rules, observability baselines, post-go-live playbooks) and keep it version-controlled (a central database or platform where repeatable, proven solution blueprints are documented, standardized, and stored)
  • Support the Pre Sales & Project Management HQ teams for specific High Value Solutions
  • Prepare framework and onboard solutions partners for timely delivery of solutions to customers
  • Source, assess, and shortlist ecosystem partners (SI/ISV/OEM, and where applicable HW) per deal/industry complete technical due diligence on skills, certifications, references, and delivery feasibility
  • Design, develop and integrate applications through inhouse GCSS AD & I team to meet the solutions needs of the customers
  • Provide level-3 presales support on product/solution capabilities and non-standard requests, working with Product Owners on exceptions to standards
  • Own the technical win in tenders and RFP/RFI responses by aligning architecture, compliance matrices, and solution margin with the bid strategy. Prepare and deliver the handover package to Delivery/NOMC/Procurement (design pack, acceptance criteria, project plan, risks, partner roles), and secure acknowledgment of readiness
  • Define acceptance criteria, test strategy, and design pack contents required for a clean handover to Delivery/Service Assurance
  • Review customer contracts for technical scope, SLAs, penalties, and assumptions, and flag risks to Credit/Contracts and the Risk Control team
  • Ensure solution documentation and project tools are complete, consistent, and auditable prior to contract signature and handover


Work Experience:

  • Preferably 10 - 13 years of relevant work experience
