We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Procurement to oversee and manage the organization’s purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop cost-effective procurement strategies while ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to ensure cost efficiency and continuity.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise procurement team members.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8–10 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and contract administration.
