Job Purpose Statement:
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance-related programs. The role ensures that rewards frameworks are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with the company’s business objectives and talent strategy.
Roles & Responsibility

Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and pay-for-performance models.

Lead the annual salary and compensation review process, including market benchmarking and job evaluation.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and external regulations.

Provide expert guidance on complex compensation matters, such as executive compensation and expatriate packages.

Oversee the design, administration, and review of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).

Continuously analyze employee needs and market trends to recommend enhancements to benefits offerings.

Align performance management outcomes with compensation and rewards programs.

Design and manage recognition programs that reinforce company culture and values.

Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of reward policies.

Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in alignment with industry best practices.

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

Serve as the subject matter expert on all reward-related topics within the organization.

Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics (compensation costs, benefit utilization, retention data, etc.).

Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
Minimum Requirements for The Job:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Years and Nature of Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards at a managerial level.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, or SHRM are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking processes.

Proficiency in HR systems and technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
