Job Purpose Statement:

The Senior Manager, VIP & Events is responsible for strategic leadership, commercial performance, and operational excellence of all VIP and high-profile events. This role drives premium customer experience, revenue growth, brand positioning, and full compliance with regulatory and safety standards. This position leads senior teams, manages major client and supplier relationships, oversees large-scale budgets and contracts, and ensures the flawless delivery of high-profile and prestige events in alignment with corporate objectives.

Roles & Responsibility

  1. Develop and lead the overall VIP & Events strategy in alignment with corporate brand, revenue targets, and customer experience objectives.
  2. Provide executive oversight of all high-profile events and VIP services, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand excellence.
  3. Own full P&L responsibility for the VIP & Events function, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profit performance.
  4. Set annual operational, commercial, and customer satisfaction targets and drive performance through department heads and managers.
  5. Approve and govern major contracts, client agreements, and supplier partnerships, ensuring commercial, legal, and quality compliance.
  6. Lead strategic client relationships with key government entities, corporates, airlines, and premium customers.
  7. Oversee large-scale budgets and long-term financial planning for all VIP & Events activities.
  8. Ensure enterprise-level compliance with HSE, food safety, civil defence, and regulatory standards across all venues and events.
  9. Drive innovation and premium service development, introducing new event concepts, digital solutions, and luxury service enhancements.
  10. Establish performance governance frameworks for operations, service quality, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  11. Lead senior manpower strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce optimization.
  12. Oversee crisis management and reputational risk related to VIP and high-profile events.
  13. Represent the company at executive, governmental, and strategic partner levels for all VIP & Events business.
  14. Approve marketing and promotional strategies for VIP & Events offerings in coordination with Marketing & Sales leadership.
  15. Champion continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across the entire VIP & Events operation.

Minimum Requirements for The Job:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event Management, business management or Business Administration, related field.

Master’s Degree, Preferred

Years and Nature of Experience

Minimum 9 - 10 Years At least 6 - 8 years in a senior leadership / head-of-function role
