Sr. Manager/Product Marketing-Digital Entertainment

Job Description

The Senior Manager – Product Marketing (eSports) will own the product strategy, development, lifecycle, go-to-market execution, positioning, and commercial performance of the eSports portfolio.

The role is responsible for defining the eSports value proposition, launching and scaling new products and services, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and monetization across consumer segments

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for eSports products and propositions.
  • Own value proposition, pricing strategy, and market positioning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new eSports tournaments, products and features, from market validation and commercial readiness to post-launch optimization.
  • Translate technical and platform capabilities into clear, customer-centric benefits.
  • Own and track commercial KPIs, including revenues, customer acquisition, churn, engagement, and usage.
  • Work closely with pricing and finance to develop business cases, forecasts, and ROI models for eSports initiatives.
  • Identify synergies with core telecom services and collaborate with consumer segments to drive upsell, cross-sell, and bundled offers.
  • Manage the eSports online and offline tournaments, leagues, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end offline eSports tournament calendar, ensuring execution excellence and brand impact.
  • Manage partnerships with global and regional gaming platforms, publishers, eSports organizers, OEMs, and influencers, driving mutual commercial value.
  • Define and evolve the eSports brand narrative, aligned with the company’s master brand.
  • Collaborate with MarCom and partners to deliver integrated ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, and experiential campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels, events, and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop a deep understanding of gamer segments, behaviors, and motivations across casual, competitive, and hardcore audiences.
  • Leverage data, insights, and customer research to continuously optimize propositions and marketing performance.
  • Monitor and assess market trends across eSports, cloud gaming, PC and console gaming, mobile gaming, and AI-driven gaming innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12+ years in product management & marketing, with at least 3-5 years in gaming & eSports.
