Career Opportunity – Sr Marketing Engineer/ Marketing Manager

Location: NAFFCO Qatar

We are seeking a dedicated Sr Marketing Engineer with expertise in experience in MEP, Fire Fighting Systems, or Building Materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and supporting sales growth across the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the construction, MEP, and fire protection sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support project inquiries, tenders, and client engagement activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, technical presentations, brochures, and company profiles.
• Support branding initiatives to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports and insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marketing or business development within:
• MEP industry
• Fire Fighting systems
• Building materials sector
• Strong understanding of the construction and engineering market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate business growth.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
