Sr. Marketing Executive

• Print Media & Paper Inserts
• Coordinate newspaper ads, pamphlet inserts, and local print campaigns.
• Assist in identifying target areas and ensuring timely execution.
• Outdoor & Flex Banner Marketing
• Support in identifying locations for flex banners and posters.
• Supervise vendor execution, installation, and quality checks.
• Site Branding & Collaterals
• Assist in managing branding at project sites (boards, arches, kiosks, and displays).
• Distribute brochures, leaflets, and other collaterals to prospective customers.
• Exhibitions & Expos
• Assist in stall setup, branding, and coordination during property exhibitions/expos.
• Engage with visitors, collect leads, and support follow-up activities.
• On-Ground Promotions & Events
• Actively participate in property launches, open-house events, roadshows, and campaigns.
• Support hyperlocal marketing drives like wall posters, canter promotions, and leafleting.
• Vendor Coordination
• Work with vendors for printing, branding, and event requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain quality standards.
• Customer Engagement & Sales Support
• Interact with walk-in customers during campaigns and events.
• Support the sales team by distributing marketing materials and assisting during site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
