Sr. Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive will support and drive the marketing efforts for Big Bad Wolf, focusing on event-specific campaigns and year-round brand initiatives. This role emphasizes hands-on planning and execution of marketing activities, coordination with internal teams, and close collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and strong brand visibility.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to Big Bad Wolf’s large-scale book sale events and regional audiences.
  • Plan and execute event-specific marketing campaigns to maximize attendance, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor and support on-site marketing activities during events, ensuring smooth execution and consistent branding.
  • Coordinate PR efforts for book sale events, including pre- and post-event media coverage and media relations.
  • Support organization-wide PR initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including campaign content, live event updates, and audience engagement.
  • Oversee routine digital marketing efforts such as website updates, email campaigns, and content scheduling.
  • Track and report on campaign and digital performance, providing insights for improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify audience trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with finance on budget tracking for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing reports to measure campaign impact and share results with management.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior management to align activities with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with media partners, influencers, sponsors, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years’ marketing experience, ideally in events, or retail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
