These products are vital in motors, transformers, generators, EV stators, and other electrical equipment. Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end marketing – both online and offline – with a special focus on lead generation, CRM optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The candidate will play a pivotal role in building a strong brand presence, improving customer engagement, and enabling sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Identify and qualify domestic and international leads through online channels, exhibitions, and industry databases.
  • Develop structured processes for sorting, cleaning, and segmenting customer data.
  • Build and maintain a centralized CRM system to track leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  • Perform data analytics to identify high-potential customers, trends, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Regularly prepare and share lead conversion reports with sales and management.

2. Online / Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute SEO & SEM strategies for website and product visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) with technical posts, updates, and campaigns.
  • Create email marketing flows (welcome series, follow-up sequences, newsletters).
  • Run Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads targeting OEMs, distributors, and engineers.
  • Maintain and update the company website, blogs, and landing pages for lead generation.
  • Monitor digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, impressions, etc.).

3. Offline / Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and manage trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical seminars (CWIEME, CoilTech, ELECRAMA, etc.).
  • Prepare brochures, flyers, catalogs, and case studies with technical + branding balance.
  • Coordinate CSR activities, corporate gifting, and customer workshops.
  • Ensure consistent branding at factories, warehouses, and events.
  • Liaise with agents, distributors, and industry associations.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking (pricing, product range, branding tactics).
  • Track industry demand trends in automotive, EV, and railway applications.
  • Build target customer lists (OEMs, SMEs, large industries) and refine regularly.
  • Provide actionable insights for R&D and sales teams to align with customer needs.

5. Internal & External Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Develop presentations, sales decks, and technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product launches and demos.
  • Assist management in quarterly planning, budgeting, and growth tracking.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or International Business.
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B / Chemical / Industrial marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret lead data and marketing metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
