Sr. Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in ERP / IT Solutions marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in B2B lead generation, digital campaigns, brand positioning, and working closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads for ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for ERP / IT solutions.
  • Drive B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Create positioning strategies for ERP products (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP solutions).
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) convert into SQLs.
  • Plan and execute webinars, product demos, case studies, and whitepapers to attract enterprise clients.
  • Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid campaigns, remarketing).
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in ERP / SaaS domain.
  • Build brand authority in IT & ERP solutions across digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in ERP / IT .
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and enterprise sales funnel.
  • Experience in marketing ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven track record in lead generation for ERP or IT services.
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling international markets (US, UK, Middle East).
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle and IT consulting sales process.
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹248,334.75 - ₹1,700,386.00 per year
