Strategic Leadership & Budget Management

Own the marketing budget, allocation, forecasting, and ROI; forecast growth trajectories and reallocate spending based on performance.

Develop a holistic strategy that balances aggressive performance marketing with long-term brand building.

Drive execution across existing and new territories, navigating multi-lingual requirements (Arabic) and territory-specific regulatory awareness.
Growth, Media Buying & Performance

Supervise the execution of PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate, and SEO.

Direct strategies that lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) through attribution modeling and robust testing.

Championing a test-and-learn culture across offers audiences, and channels to find new avenues for scale.
4Brand, PR & Offline Integration

Ensure a cohesive narrative across digital ads, website, app, retail environments, and events.

Lead PR initiatives, media opportunities, and executive thought leadership to build brand authority.

Manage ATL/BTL activities including print, radio, retail activations, and physical event presence.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention

Oversee the full customer journey from initial awareness to long-term retention.

Guide CRM, email automation, loyalty initiatives, and subscription growth to drive repeat purchase behavior and maximize customer value.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor the two Senior Marketing Specialists, ensuring KPI accountability and supporting their professional development.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure marketing initiatives align with inventory levels, delivery capabilities, and customer experience.
Agency & External Partner Management

Manage agencies, freelancers, developers, photographers, and media partners.

Own all external briefs, timelines, budgets, and the final quality of all outsourced output.
Collaboration with Creative Director

Partner with the Creative Director on brand vision and high-level approvals.

Take full ownership of execution and delivery so the Creative Director remains in a non-operational, visionary capacity.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

6+ years in a senior marketing role, with proven experience in team management and P&L ownership.

Ability to think long-term while maintaining a "startup" agility to execute daily.

Deep understanding of performance marketing stacks, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional brief-writing and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and external vendors.

E-commerce experience is essential
