DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and drive global adoption of products and tools developed by the RBS (Retail Business Services) team. This is one of the first marketing roles in the org, and the candidate will help shape how we define, position, and scale our offerings internally and externally. The role will work closely with product leaders to understand product capabilities, identify customer segments, and craft compelling value propositions. They will also guide teams in defining adoption metrics, computing customer entitlements, segmenting customer cohorts, and executing targeted marketing strategies.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with product leaders to understand product capabilities, customer segments, and value propositions.
Define input/output metrics that signal adoption; help compute entitlement and size the customer opportunity.
Develop compelling marketing materials—slides, videos, case studies, and success stories—that communicate product value.
Segment the customer base into meaningful cohorts and execute targeted outreach strategies to drive adoption.
Close the loop by surfacing customer feedback, removing adoption blockers, and influencing product roadmaps.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
