We are looking for a “Senior Business Analyst” for our multinational client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations,
• Strong knowledge of supplier operations, category management, and commercial processes,
• Experience with contracts, commission models, and logistics,
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
• Ability to work with multicultural teams,
• Fluency in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage supplier contracts, commissions, and SLAs,
• Lead supplier onboarding, training, and daily support,
• Drive category expansion and assortment growth,
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure operational excellence,
• Negotiate commercial terms (commissions, campaigns, assortment),
• Improve processes in payments, logistics, and returns,
• Analyze competitors and define category action plans.
